RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No drama, no long waits.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with its original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at saifthallys@gmail.com to request a return. Once accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at saifthallys@gmail.com and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before sending anything back.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delays.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
